About Me
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), proud mom, and a lover of all things food, fitness, and the great outdoors. I am passionate about realistic lifestyle change that honors the whole you: your body, mind, and spirit. I truly believe that health is achieved when you feel safe, free, and connected and that transformation is a journey best taken one small, loving step at a time.

I earned my Bachelor's in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Master's in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University, and my RDN credential from the University of Northern Colorado. I also completed a Certificate in Training in Adult Weight Management. At National Jewish Health, I worked with clients facing conditions ranging from cystic fibrosis and cardiovascular disease to diabetes, chronic lung disease, and food allergies. I have hands-on experience with protocols like low FODMAP, renal and ketogenic diets, as well as therapeutic approaches including diabetic meal planning, the DASH diet, gluten-free, Mediterranean, and specialized diets.

Born and raised in Colorado, I am as passionate about the western lifestyle as I am about nutrition. When I am not counseling clients or crafting real food recipes, you might find me competing in horseback riding or participating in team penning and ranch sorting, a fast paced equestrian sport that challenges our teamwork, strategy, and agility as we work together to swiftly and accurately maneuver cattle. Being a mom has added a whole new layer of joy and perspective to my life, reminding me that every day is an opportunity to nurture growth and celebrate small victories.

I see myself as a committed ally who continually questions and refines traditional approaches for the best outcomes. For me, love is at the heart of every successful transformation. I am here to listen, advocate, and guide you in creating a thriving life filled with warmth, humor, and genuine human connection.
